The University of Mississippi School of Law invites applications and nominations for as many as three professors during the 2025-2026 academic year. This is a tenure track position and appointments will be at the rank of assistant, associate, or full professor depending on experience. Course preferences include the following: Intellectual Property/Trademarks, Wills and Estates, Family Law, Bankruptcy, Business Associations, Secured Transactions, Corporate Finance, Civil Procedure, Contracts, Labor Law, Employment Law, and Health Care Law.
