Northeastern University is a national leader in cooperative education in which students alternate between academic study and work experiences. The College of Engineering has a robust co-op program for graduate engineering students and its rapid expansion now requires more support to continue developing and growing the program. This is a full time, non-tenure track faculty position, primarily working with students in the College of Engineering's Multidisciplinary Graduate Engineering (MGEN) Unit on the Oakland campus. The MGEN Cooperative Education Program at Northeastern University is committed to equal opportunity, affirmative action, diversity and social justice while building a climate of inclusion on and beyond campus. In research and teaching environments, members of the University community work to cultivate an inclusive environment that denounces discrimination through innovation, collaboration and an awareness of global perspectives on social justice. We welcome individuals of all ages, backgrounds, beliefs, ethnicities, genders, gender identities, gender expressions, national origins, religious affiliations, sexual orientations, socioeconomic background, family education level, ability - and other visible and nonvisible differences.
