About The Position
The Assistant Athletic Director for Development at Middle Tennessee State University is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for major gift fundraising efforts for the Blue Raider Athletic Association (BRAA). This role includes overseeing the Sapphire Circle, managing fundraising activities, and collaborating with the MTSU Foundation and athletics leadership to enhance donor support for MTSU Athletics. The position requires occasional extended hours for events and special projects.
