About the position

The Assistant Athletic Director for Event Management & Operations at Dartmouth College is responsible for supervising and coordinating internal operations for 35 varsity sports. Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct all facets of event management for Dartmouth College Athletics.
  • Plan, prepare, and facilitate regular season and postseason competitions for all sports.
  • Handle scheduling and game contract management.
  • Serve as the primary event manager for multiple sports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least five years of college athletics experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in a fast-paced and complex work environment.
  • Strong planning and analytical skills.
