  • Collaborate with the external team to engage the university, fan, and alumni community in supporting Intercollegiate Athletics.
  • Engage undergraduate students to promote attendance and participation in athletic events.
  • Work with University Communication & Marketing to craft marketing strategies for Miami Athletics.
  • Enhance the game day environment and fan engagement to positively impact attendance and experience.
  • Manage full-time and student staff to enhance Miami Athletics brand through marketing channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in athletic marketing or fan engagement.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
