About the position

The Assistant Attorney General for Child Support Services will represent the State of Iowa in legal matters related to child support, including establishing, modifying, and enforcing support orders. Responsibilities

  • Furnish legal advice to CSS on various matters related to child support.
  • Manage a large caseload while maintaining attention to detail and organization.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective representation and support for CSS.

Requirements

  • Must have a license or the ability to obtain a license to practice law in Iowa.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to handle a large caseload.
  • Previous experience with the Iowa Child Support Guidelines or family law cases is preferred.
