Responsibilities

  • Assist in the retail banking process and contribute to banking decisions.

  • Engage with customers while providing exceptional service levels.
  • Perform a wide variety of functions for the retail banking team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Background in bank operating policies and procedures, banking regulations, and sales.
  • Thorough knowledge of bank products and services.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills for leading and developing a team.
  • Strong verbal, reading, listening, and written communication skills.
  • Ability and desire to work as part of a team and with people of diverse backgrounds.
  • Willingness to assume additional responsibilities/duties/projects as they arise.
  • Must maintain a current, valid driver's license.
