About the position

The Assistant Boutique Manager at Parfums Christian Dior plays a crucial role in promoting the brand's values and ensuring exceptional customer service. Acting as a key partner to the Boutique Manager, this position involves managing team performance, driving sales, and maintaining the brand's image. The Assistant Boutique Manager is responsible for coaching team members, optimizing business strategies, and enhancing the client experience, all while upholding the highest standards of operational compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Boutique Manager in managing the team and fostering a positive team spirit.
  • Help set realistic individual KPIs for team members and coach them using Dior training materials.
  • Support the Boutique Manager in driving business performance and managing daily commercial activities.
  • Assist in assigning and monitoring sales targets for team members.
  • Contribute to the implementation of Dior's launch plans and promotional activities.
  • Sell Dior products while providing a memorable customer experience following the D.I.O.R. method.
  • Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to boutique KPIs monthly.
  • Educate customers about the Dior brand and products.
  • Promote a client-centric mindset within the team and execute actions to drive store traffic.
  • Assist in organizing team schedules and managing boutique operations.
  • Ensure compliance with sales, cash, and stock management procedures.
  • Manage inventory accuracy and visual merchandising standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of retail experience, preferably with at least 1 year in a management role in luxury retail.
  • Proven track record in achieving retail sales and profitability results.
  • Experience in executing successful brand events is a plus.
  • Digital savvy with experience in operational POS systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in luxury retail environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with client tracking systems and CRM tools.

Benefits
