About the position

The Assistant Boutique Manager at Van Cleef & Arpels is responsible for enhancing client experiences and nurturing relationships within the luxury retail environment. This role involves assisting the Boutique Director in managing the boutique, developing sales, and leading the sales team to achieve high-quality service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a background in luxury sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Boutique Director in overall management and enhancement of the Boutique.
• Help the team achieve performance goals through feedback, coaching, and optimal scheduling.
• Liaise with corporate on stock-level, CRM initiatives, and Operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and elevate boutique experiences to support sales growth.
• Ensure effective merchandising of products and displays to maximize sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4 years of luxury retail experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Strong selling and closing skills are necessary.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word is required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills are needed.
• Ability to travel is a must.
