About the position

The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for co-managing all aspects of store operations at the Green Bay location, focusing on customer service, inventory management, and efficient product handling. This role involves assisting customers, managing delivery routes, and ensuring accurate invoicing while supporting the overall operational efficiency of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Co-manage all aspects of store operations including customer service and inventory management.
  • Check in and put away products, stock shelves, and unload trucks.
  • Write down sales orders from customers and the outside sales team.
  • Mix automotive paint accurately as per specifications.
  • Follow directions from management and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Manage delivery routes and assist customers in person and over the phone.

Requirements

  • Trustworthiness and reliability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to operate a computer and communicate via phone.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry products weighing up to 50-75 lbs.
  • Valid Driver's License.
