Responsibilities

  • Serve B2B customers by determining their equipment needs and explaining trailer-rental options.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to prospect for new customers and build relationships with existing ones.
  • Manage customer accounts, including credit and collections support.
  • Track customer leads and data using a sales contact system.
  • Perform inventories and manage key branch metrics using technology.
  • Train for the upcoming role as an Outside Sales Branch Manager, responsible for P&L at the branch location.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of Business to Business (B2B) sales experience.
  • Experience in territory management or supervision (preferred).
  • Willingness to relocate for promotion within 1-2 years.
