About the position
The Assistant Branch Manager plays a crucial role in servicing the community by assisting customers with personal installment loans. This position is designed for individuals who are self-motivated and career-oriented, providing an opportunity to learn about consumer finance while contributing to business growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist every customer in a professional manner
- Market new loans to existing and new customers through solicitation calls
- Educate and upsell customers on all product offerings including loan options and insurance products
- Process loan applications to determine customer eligibility
- Work with past due customers to bring their account current through collection calls
Requirements
- Customer service mindset
- Experience with sales and/or customer service
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage time
- High School diploma or equivalent.
