Glanbia Performance Nutrition is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in executing and optimizing annual brand plans for both new and existing products within our diverse product lines. As a subsidiary of Glanbia, we are committed to providing better nutrition for every step of life's journey, and our brand portfolio includes renowned names such as Optimum Nutrition, BSN, Isopure, Think!, Amazing Grass, and SlimFast. The Assistant Brand Manager will report directly to the Brand Manager and will play a key role in collaborating with various teams, including Insights, Finance, Sales, and Integrated Marketing, to drive business growth. In this position, you will be a key contributor to the Brand team, responsible for the execution and ongoing optimization of the brand's strategic plan and innovation pipeline. You will support the delivery of the brand's P&L goals and assist in the creation and delivery of financials for assigned product groups. Your role will involve measuring and monitoring business performance, competitive activity, and category trends, while developing recommendations to address performance against the plan. You will also manage day-to-day budget responsibilities, strategically evaluate ROI, and recommend future spending. Additionally, you will assist with packaging development, marketing activation, and in-store execution for both new and existing product groups. Collaborating with insights and analytics data will be essential to translate learnings into brand portfolio strategy. You will support customer planning and strategy to enhance sales presentations, demos, and materials development for new items. Monitoring timelines and key project milestones will ensure efficient and timely delivery of projects. You will lead the creation and strategy of point-of-sale materials and guide cross-functional teams in developing and delivering strategies that meet both short- and long-term goals. The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work with various stakeholders is crucial for success in this role.
