About the position

The Assistant Business Office Manager Medicaid Specialist is responsible for managing various administrative tasks related to Medicaid applications and resident funds. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • File all incoming financial documents
  • Update charting system as necessary
  • Complete weekly task lists
  • Answer telephones and assist with inquiries
  • Manage collections, scanning, filing, faxing, etc.
  • Complete Medicaid Pending Applications
  • Manage Resident's Funds

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Great customer service skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
