Responsibilities

  • Ensure each resident's financial information is kept confidential
  • Handle resident billing and collection
  • Record and balance facility census information
  • Attend daily and weekly facility-required meetings
  • Handle Resident Trust Fund duties as assigned
  • Maintain and reconcile facility petty cash fund

Requirements

  • Business office experience in a Skilled Nursing environment preferred
  • Previous medical billing experience
  • Experience with assisting resident families with billing and insurance inquiries
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
