About the position

The Assistant Business Office Manager at Signature HealthCARE plays a crucial role in supporting the Business Office Manager in the daily operations of the business office within a long-term care facility. This position involves assisting with management duties, overseeing budgets, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office procedures, while also providing opportunities to learn about the business side of healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with management duties in the Business Office.
  • Support the Business Office Manager in day-to-day operations, including managing budgets and office supplies.
  • Assist with end-of-month procedures.
  • Fill in as Business Office Manager as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum one (1) year of management/supervisory experience.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
