About the position

The Assistant Business Office Manager at Clarendale at Bellevue Place plays a crucial role in supporting the Business Office Manager by performing various clerical and administrative tasks. This full-time position focuses on hospitality and aims to enhance the quality of life for residents by ensuring efficient office operations and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Business Office Manager with the chart of accounts, invoice coding, approval process and meeting deadlines.
  • Assist Business Office Manager with all data entry.
  • Reconcile credit card transactions and prepare report to submit to Accounting.
  • Maintain filing as assigned.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
  • Review all expenses reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Business Accounting and Finance preferred.
  • Must have rental property software experience, e.g., Yardi or a similar program.
  • Advanced computer ability and communication skills.
  • Must have knowledge and use of all Microsoft Office Suite products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Minimum two years' experience in an office or other professional environment as an administrative worker.
