Responsibilities

  • Identify and negotiate products, pricing, and terms with vendors.
  • Buy and build new products, concepts, shows, and ideas to enhance sales results.
  • Develop merchandising strategies based on product and customer trends.
  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and cross-functional departments.
  • Lead office functions in the absence of the Buyer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience in corporate buying.
  • 1+ years of related work experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for presentations.
  • Proficient in using automated systems, particularly Windows-based computers.
