About The Position

The Assistant Car Dealership Service Manager at Drive N-Motion is responsible for overseeing the service department's operations, ensuring efficient vehicle reconditioning processes, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role involves managing a team of technicians and service writers, ordering parts, creating and closing repair orders, and performing quality assurance checks on vehicles. The position aims to achieve a 7-day turnaround target for used vehicle reconditioning while fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience managing an auto dealership's parts and service department.
• Experience managing 5+ high-performing employees.
• Bilingual skillset is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager and Shop Foreman with used vehicle reconditioning processes.
• Order parts and create/close repair orders.
• Inspect and perform quality assurance checks on internally owned vehicles.
• Assist with minor vehicle repairs when needed.
• Oversee a team of technicians, service writers, and detailers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to acquire new service opportunities.
• Achieve monthly revenue target goals set by management.
