About the position

The Assistant Case Manager will support the case management team by handling pre-litigation personal injury tasks and ensuring effective communication with clients and insurance companies. This role requires a tech-savvy individual who can efficiently use various software tools to manage case information and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in pre-litigation personal injury work including sending letters of representation and opening health insurance claims.
  • Collect final lien letters and insurance documents as needed.
  • Coordinate medical treatment for clients to ensure timely care and support.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation related to case management.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and insurance representatives.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Office/Teams and CRM software, with a strong preference for experience with Filevine.
  • Demonstrated stable and consistent prior job employment history.
  • Experience in pre-litigation personal injury work.
