About the position

The Assistant Center Director at Creative Playrooms is responsible for supporting the Center Director in managing the daily operations of the childcare facility. This role focuses on providing exceptional early learning experiences for children, ensuring compliance with educational guidelines, and fostering a nurturing environment for both children and staff. The position requires a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to positively impacting young lives.

Responsibilities

• Support the Center Director in daily operations and management of the childcare facility.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines regarding education and safety.
• Foster a nurturing and supportive environment for children and staff.
• Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must meet all state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education and experience.
• A valid driver's license is required if driving is a requirement of the position.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred.
