About the position

The Assistant Channel Marketing Manager (Bilingual English-Chinese) at Lee Kum Kee will support the Senior Channel Marketing Manager in planning and creating digital and social content aimed at enhancing customer engagement and driving sales within the Asian food service segment in the US and Canada. This role focuses on understanding the needs of chefs and restaurants, executing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with various stakeholders to promote the brand effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Execute digital and social media content that promotes the brand and engages the target audience in the US and Canada Asian food service community.
  • Drive the lifecycle of chefs and restaurants, achieving customer goals throughout the buying journey.
  • Communicate with Asian chefs and communities about the benefits and solutions offered by our products.
  • Lead Asian food service digital and social campaigns, including briefing, managing, preparing, executing, optimizing, and evaluating campaigns.
  • Follow up with customer inquiries and collaborate with the sales team to close sales.
  • Ensure the App and its content are up-to-date and engaging for chefs in the US and Canada.
  • Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to manage social media and create content, including multi-language translations and advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with chefs on recipe development and new menu ideation.
  • Manage individual projects to achieve objectives within specified timelines and budgets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of related experience in marketing or project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP and PowerPivot) and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and SAP HANA is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (bilingual).
  • Experience in digital advertising, social media, content creation, and community outreach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the food industry or food service industry.
  • Familiarity with both the U.S. and Canada markets.
