The Dispatch Coordinator at Ticketmaster UK is responsible for managing the ticket dispatch process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of tickets to clients. This role involves liaising with clients, account managers, and the Fulfilment Department, while also focusing on enhancing the customer experience and improving operational processes. The position requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

  • Create and distribute a daily business update on ticket dispatch progress.
  • Monitor the Mobile Ticket Report for events within 2/3 weeks of the event date, ensuring TICKETDELAY is removed.
  • Assist with A4 Stock and Thermal stock events by matching host event fields to map layouts and creating bespoke templates if needed.
  • Request proofs from the print room and facilitate amendments on host events, achieving client sign-off.
  • Assist with Print At Home (PAH) events by matching host event fields to templates and securing artwork for bespoke templates.
  • Manage EVENTFLOW by setting up and maintaining stock categories and managing ATP status.
  • Experience in a role requiring attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel.
  • Experience working with Host, EventFlow, and other Ticketmaster applications.
  • Familiarity with Company Policy and Procedure.
  • Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
  • Knowledge of the live entertainment industry.
