About the position

The Assistant Client Manager at EPIC Brokers is a pivotal role designed to support client account management through various administrative and operational tasks. This position involves engaging in training and development activities, managing client communications, and ensuring timely processing of insurance-related documents. The role is suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Process all applications, policies, endorsements, incoming mail, binders, schedules, certificates, audits, and other items related to the servicing of client accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
• Responsible for timely, accurate invoicing and monthly expirations.
• Meet all quality and timeliness standards in the Agency Management System while properly documenting all activity.
• Set priorities and manage workflow to ensure efficient processing of responsibilities.
• Maintain cordial and effective relations with clients, co-workers, carriers, wholesalers, vendors, and other business contacts.
• Stay informed regarding industry information, new product/program developments, coverages, legislation, and technology to continuously improve knowledge and performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Must obtain California Property and Casualty license within 90 days of hire.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands in a fast-paced environment.
