The schedule for this position is set for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with an hourly pay rate of $18. The responsibilities include attending and recording minutes at departmental meetings, coordinating the dissemination and filing of clinic reports, and managing consumer satisfaction surveys. The role also involves client communication, such as reminding clients of their appointments and preparing correspondence for follow-up appointments. Additionally, the Assistant Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for updating the clinic's social media presence, creating bulletin boards, and coordinating outreach and marketing efforts for the Hearing Clinic. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, efficient, and capable of functioning in a fast-paced environment. The Assistant Clinical Coordinator will also play a vital role in representing the clinic at health fairs and responding to inquiries from clients and the community. Responsibilities

  • Attend and record minutes at Department, Clinic Committee, and Retreat Meetings
  • Coordinate copying, disseminating, and filing clinic reports
  • Coordinate, distribute, and generate reports for consumer satisfaction surveys
  • Coordinate, distribute, and generate reports for case manager (on-campus) and supervisor (off-campus) evaluations
  • Remind clients by telephone of their appointments in the Center
  • Update Facebook page
  • Create and post bulletin boards
  • Prepare and mail correspondence for scheduling follow up appointments in Hearing Clinic
  • Attend Health Fairs / Coordination and Representation
  • Update waiting lists
  • Coordinate outreach and marketing for Hearing Clinic
  • Respond to inquiries and requests for information
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • A minimum of an Associate's degree
