About The Position
The Assistant Coach at Westerly High School will support the Head Coach in executing the objectives of the swim program. This role involves instructing student athletes in both individual and team fundamentals, strategies, and physical training to achieve success. The Assistant Coach will also take on the responsibilities of the Head Coach in their absence and ensure the safety and academic progress of the athletes.
