About The Position
The Assistant Coach is responsible for establishing and maintaining an athletic program of the highest caliber in the assigned sport(s). This role involves helping student-athletes achieve a high level of skill, discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship, while also fostering self-esteem. The Assistant Coach will work closely with the Athletic Director and other coaches to ensure a coordinated program from grades 8 through 12, and will oversee various aspects of the athletic program including scouting, media relations, and compliance with rules and regulations.
