The Assistant Community Association Manager plays a crucial role in supporting our managers and clients. This position involves speaking with owners and vendors, preparing reports, and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The Assistant Community Association Manager will assist in daily office needs and manage our company's general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools like MS Excel and other office equipment. Previous experience in the Association Management industry is highly desirable, and we would like to speak with candidates who meet this criterion.
