Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with problem resolution with a positive and helpful attitude
  • Perform monthly inspections for the community and send compliance letters, as well as facilitate the architectural review process for the community
  • Interact with vendors who provide services to clients and their respective communities
  • Generate work orders and provide follow through until task is completed
  • Compose and generate newsletters
  • Attend evening Board meetings & take minutes as recording secretary
  • Promote resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints, questions, and requests in a timely manner, and taking appropriate action to resolve and address service issues
  • Assist in managing the client/owner relationship by meeting with the owners, conducting community tours, providing updates and information about the community's performance, and responding to owner requests as needed
  • Ensure that daily tasks and follow-ups are completed and documented
  • Perform other general administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • At least three years' administrative experience (community association experience is a plus)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to retain new information
  • Must present a positive and professional image for the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidential information
  • Highly organized and efficiency-minded with excellent time management skills
  • Able to multi-task and adjust to constantly changing priorities with ease
  • Able to work on their own as well as with others
