Our Assistant Community Managers play a critical role in maintaining the high standards of our properties, ensuring that our residents love where they live. This position is integral to our sales and management team, working closely with the Community Manager to meet revenue and profit targets while delivering best-in-class customer service and fostering high resident retention rates. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing the resident experience, supporting the property's accounting needs, and adhering to leasing policies. The Assistant Community Manager will engage in various tasks, including accounting and bookkeeping, affordable compliance, and customer service and sales. You will maintain all property accounting and reporting, including collecting and posting rent, preparing financial reports, and processing invoices. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with LIHTC and HUD programs, monitor income and rent limits, and maintain positive relationships with local housing authorities. Your customer service skills will be essential as you lease apartments, respond to resident inquiries, and resolve service issues promptly. You will also lead and mentor the leasing team, sharing your expertise in leasing, marketing, and resident retention.
