Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a designated property. The Assistant Community Manager will be responsible for providing input into the development of property budgets by analyzing financial statements and evaluating marketing information. This includes setting rent rates, ensuring timely collection of rents and fees, and preparing monthly financial status reports. The role also involves approving vendor invoices, managing petty cash, and overseeing lease enforcement processes, including approving resident applications and conducting apartment inspections. In addition to financial management, the Assistant Community Manager will promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly. Regular property inspections will be conducted to ensure that the property meets safety, cleanliness, and aesthetic standards.
