Responsibilities

  • Assist the Community Manager in daily operations of the property.
  • Perform leasing and marketing activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and vendors.
  • Handle resident, vendor, and prospective resident walk-ins.
  • Assist residents and vendors with scheduling maintenance and providing building information.
  • Process correspondence for residents and contractors.
  • Support office operations by answering phones, filing, and ordering supplies.
  • Conduct lease renewals and maintain organized lease files.
  • Perform rent collection and manage delinquency statements.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
  • Experience with Yardi software preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Consistent work history and verifiable references.
  • Valid driver's license.
