About The Position
The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of the community under the direction of the Community Manager. This role includes assuming responsibility for the community in the absence of the Community Manager and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and timely. The Assistant Community Manager will also engage in resident relations, leasing activities, and maintaining the overall marketability of the community.
