The Assistant Community Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the community. This position involves completing accounting and bookkeeping tasks, preparing monthly close-out and financial reports, processing invoices for payment, collecting rent and other payments, and managing bank deposits and account reconciliations. The Assistant Community Manager will utilize property management software, specifically Yardi/OneSite, to accurately record, track, and report all financial activities related to the community.
