About the position

Hegenes Properties is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Community Manager to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $25.00 and is ideal for individuals looking to grow within a fun and fast-paced environment. The Assistant Community Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the Community Manager in the daily operations of our properties, ensuring that residents receive exceptional service and that the community is well-maintained. This position requires a strong focus on customer service, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with team members and residents alike. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with property management tasks, including but not limited to, conducting property showings, managing resident inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be involved in various administrative duties, such as processing applications and coordinating maintenance requests. The ideal candidate will possess a detail-oriented mindset and a passion for community engagement, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. We are looking for someone who is dependable, people-oriented, and detail-oriented. Responsibilities

  • Assist the Community Manager in daily operations of the property.
  • Conduct property showings and manage resident inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management.
  • Process applications and coordinate maintenance requests.
  • Support the team in achieving property goals and enhancing resident satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in Google products is required.
  • Knowledge of AppFolio preferred.
  • Current driver's license and dependable transportation for showings.

Nice-to-haves

  • Customer Service or Sales experience preferred but not required.
