Envolve Client Services Group is a leading company in the management of apartment communities across the southeastern United States, dedicated to ensuring resident satisfaction and creating a welcoming environment. We are currently seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join our team in Albuquerque, NM, specifically at the Canon De Arrowhead and Rio Volcan properties. This role is crucial in supporting the Community Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the apartment community, ensuring that all aspects of property management are executed efficiently and effectively. As an Assistant Community Manager, you will play a vital role in directing and supervising various staff members, including leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping teams. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the local market and competition, which is essential for making informed decisions that enhance our community's appeal. You will also be responsible for the accuracy and completion of weekly activity reports, managing rental applications, and ensuring that all leasing information is recorded correctly. In addition to these tasks, you will assist the Community Manager in handling resident requests, implementing renewal and retention programs, and managing the collection of rents. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent customer service to our residents.
