One of our top real estate partners is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join their expanding team. This in-office role is an essential piece of their company puzzle. As an Assistant Community Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and managing documents and presentations by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics. You will also organize and retrieve paper and electronic files following established company procedures to ensure timely access to information and records. Maintaining and monitoring all time sheets and records to ensure accurate employee payments and tracking of sick leave, vacation, and personal time off (PTO) will be part of your duties. Additionally, you will order supplies and verify receipts to maintain accurate inventory records. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and relevant position-specific software is essential. You should have the ability to anticipate and address residents' needs, concerns, and questions to meet or exceed their expectations, emphasizing their importance and value. Outstanding problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail are crucial, as you will need to effectively minimize delays or issues with minimal supervision. You must be able to work well under pressure, balancing multiple priorities and assignments simultaneously when faced with challenging issues to meet tight deadlines. A strong focus on customer service, maintaining confidentiality, respect, and integrity, aligned with company values and business ethics, is required. A current, valid driver's license from the state where the community is located is necessary for driving a company-owned vehicle or personal vehicle on company business. Bilingual fluency is preferred but not required.
