The Assistant Community Manager at Havenpark Communities plays a vital role in fostering resident satisfaction and managing community operations. Responsibilities

  • Cultivate resident satisfaction within the community
  • Address resident issues with care and urgency
  • Plan and execute community events as directed by the Community Manager
  • Prepare bills and statements for approval by the Community Manager
  • Ensure all rent is collected on time
  • Complete all legal action and notices required in compliance with State and Fair Housing Standards
  • Assist in ensuring all homes are ready to be occupied within Havenpark expectations
  • Manage work orders to ensure all rental work orders are completed within 48 hours of receipt

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in property management
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations
