About the position

The Assistant Community Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the resident experience at a Senior Living Community. This position involves managing dining services, overseeing housekeeping staff, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to residents. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Community Manager to maintain operational efficiency and foster a vibrant community atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the dining room.
  • Conduct interviews for housekeeping/serving positions.
  • Work with the Community Manager in managing housekeeper/servers.
  • Hold serving team accountable.
  • Lead by example by serving every meal alongside the team.
  • Assist the Community Manager with responsibilities between meal times.
  • Improve the resident experience by providing exceptional service and holding resident meetings.

Requirements

  • 2+ Years of Experience in a Restaurant or Senior Living Community
  • Team Building and Management Skills
  • Ability to Improvise
