About the position

The Assistant Community Manager at Envolve Client Services Group LLC plays a crucial role in supporting the Community Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the apartment community. This position involves managing leasing, maintenance, and housekeeping staff, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with property management regulations. The role is essential for fostering a positive living environment and enhancing community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in directing and supervising leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.
  • Maintain current knowledge of area competition and conduct market surveys.
  • Complete or supervise the completion and accuracy of weekly activity reports, rental applications, and record all rental and leasing information.
  • Assist the Community Manager in reporting, assigning, and recording all resident requests.
  • Help implement resident renewal and retention programs.
  • Responsible for the collection, receipting, and recording of all rents, including delinquent rents.
  • Provide reports as required.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of Tax Credit and Property Management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Full understanding of compliance documents and deadlines.
  • Strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Proven track record of strong team building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
