Fuller Apartment Homes, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Community Manager to join our property management team at a 312-unit apartment community in Bakersfield, CA. This role is integral to our operations, providing essential support to the Community Manager and Maintenance Staff while managing various administrative activities related to property management. The Assistant Community Manager will be responsible for fostering a positive community environment, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining the overall integrity of the property. The ideal candidate will possess property management experience, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills, along with the ability to quickly adapt to new technology systems. The Assistant Community Manager's schedule will be Tuesday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm. This position also requires flexibility to support other sister property community managers within Fuller Apartment Homes, Inc. as needed. Given the sensitive nature of the information handled in this role, candidates must undergo a credit check and background check as part of the application process.
