In this role, you will manage core business processes such as leasing, client relations, marketing, maintenance, budgeting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor relations, and team development. Additionally, you will support team members to ensure that tasks are completed safely, on schedule, and to high standards. Identifying and assisting in resolving existing and potential operational challenges will be key to achieving property objectives. Maintaining effective communication with the Community Manager, Regional Supervisor, and relevant teams regarding property performance and operational updates will be a critical part of your responsibilities. Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing core business processes including leasing, client relations, marketing, maintenance, budgeting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor relations, and team development.

  • Maintain effective communication with the Community Manager, Regional Supervisor, and relevant teams on property performance and operational updates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in property management with a track record of success.
  • Knowledge of financial principles to assist in managing property finances effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with fair housing laws and other applicable regulations.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Valid driver's license required.
