We are seeking an assistant community manager for a 175+ unit apartment community in Concord, N.C. This is a "front-line" customer service and marketing-oriented position - a fantastic opportunity for a person with a passion for marketing and people! Prior customer service & sales experience is essential! Previous apartment leasing experience is a HUGE plus. Basic computer skills such as Word and Excel are required. We emphasize strong leasing and customer service, with the goal of generating strong income results. The leasing office is open Saturdays, so Saturdays are required. Excellent training, fantastic team members in a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants.
• Assist in marketing efforts to attract new residents to the community.
• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters.
• Handle leasing paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and resident interactions.
• Collaborate with the community manager to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Participate in community events and initiatives to enhance resident engagement.

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience is required.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Previous apartment leasing experience is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
