As an Assistant Community Manager at Hawthorne Residential Partners, you will play a vital role in the management and operation of our apartment communities. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing payment collection processes and ensuring that lease administration is completed accurately and in a timely manner. You will also contribute to the leasing process by conducting tours and responding to leads via email and phone calls. Achieving occupancy expectations through effective leasing and renewals will be a critical part of your role. In the absence of the Community Manager, you will lead the team, creating a motivating and positive work environment that fosters optimal performance. Your daily activities will include setting goals, prioritizing work, and demonstrating care for the physical assets of the community by maintaining clean and well-kept grounds, amenities, and office spaces.
