You will work closely with the Community Manager to ensure that our community runs smoothly and that we provide exceptional service to our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Community Manager in overseeing and supervising community associates, supporting leasing and marketing standards, conducting apartment tours, and assisting prospective residents. You will prepare lease agreements and renewal letters, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up. Additionally, you will conduct market surveys and provide reports to the corporate office, review resident files, address unpaid fees, and enforce lease terms. You will also assist in organizing resident activities and maintaining loyalty programs, manage daily operations in compliance with company policies, and identify areas for improvement while suggesting strategies to enhance efficiency.
