As an Assistant Community Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting all aspects of our community operations. You will work closely with the Community Manager to ensure that our community runs smoothly and that we provide exceptional service to our residents. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is enthusiastic about fostering a sense of community and delivering outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Community Manager in overseeing and supervising community associates, supporting leasing and marketing standards, conducting apartment tours, and assisting prospective residents. You will prepare lease agreements and renewal letters, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up. Additionally, you will conduct market surveys and provide reports to the corporate office, review resident files, address unpaid fees, and enforce lease terms. You will also assist in organizing resident activities and maintaining loyalty programs, manage daily operations in compliance with company policies, and identify areas for improvement while suggesting strategies to enhance efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Assist the Community Manager in overseeing and supervising community associates.
  • Support leasing and marketing standards, conducting apartment tours, and assisting prospective residents.
  • Prepare lease agreements and renewal letters, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
  • Conduct market surveys and provide reports to the corporate office.
  • Review resident files, address unpaid fees, and enforce lease terms.
  • Assist in organizing resident activities and maintaining loyalty programs.
  • Manage daily operations in compliance with company policies.
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Embrace our cutting-edge iPad leasing and marketing standards to connect with prospective residents, showcase available apartments, and secure leases.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Community Manager.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree or relevant certification (CAM/ARM) preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in multi-family housing or a related industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high customer service standards.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with property operations, lease terms, and contract enforcement.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity and an inclusive work environment.
