About the position

The Assistant Community Office Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Community Office Manager to fulfill the financial services needs of customers within the designated community market. This position involves implementing strategies to meet operational goals, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and supervising departmental activities and personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Community Office Manager in meeting financial services needs of customers.
  • Implement strategies to achieve goals set in the annual operating plan.
  • Ensure compliance with operating policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Organize work, activities, and human resources within the department.
  • Directly supervise assigned personnel.
  • Communicate with management and staff personnel as needed.
  • Provide periodic reports on office performance.
  • Perform all duties of a Community Banking Officer.
