The Assistant Concept Manager plays a crucial role in the operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all personnel are properly trained and supervised to deliver excellent customer service in accordance with company standards. Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper training and supervision of all personnel to deliver prompt, courteous service.

  • Communicate with customers and receive feedback.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of restaurant or related food service operations experience.
