About The Position
The Assistant Controller will lead accounting and finance activities at the site, supporting the Controller with various responsibilities. This role involves directing the accounting department, connecting finance processes with operations, and providing guidance to plant staff on reporting and analysis tools. The Assistant Controller will also assist in the preparation and review of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets, requiring strong interpersonal and organizational skills to interface with all levels of the organization.
