Responsibilities

• Oversee cash handling procedures
• Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts
• Prepare and analyze financial results for internal/external use
• Manage monthly P/L and balance sheet activities
• Develop forecasts, budgets, and identify risks/opportunities
• Review general ledger, resolve accounting issues
• Prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Maintain inventory and cost control procedures
• Handle payroll and HR administration
• Lead special projects as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years in revenue control, financial reporting, and cash handling (3+ years in a similar role)
• Experience in foodservice or retail accounting (foodservice operations a plus)
• Proficiency in sales analysis, planning, and financial processes
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel focus); POS experience a plus
