We are seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to join our accounting team in Folsom, CA. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 per year. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial statements and records. This is a high-profile role that requires strong accounting knowledge and experience with corporate accounting practices. The Assistant Controller will play a crucial role in the financial health of the organization, overseeing the accounting team and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards. In this role, you will prepare and review financial statements and reports, including the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. You will perform general ledger reconciliations and ensure compliance with IFRS and other relevant accounting standards. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation and review of the company's budget and financial plans, providing valuable insights to management. As a leader within the accounting team, you will oversee and manage the team, providing guidance and support as needed. You will develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with government regulations and corporate accounting practices.
